Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ours, so please review our cancellation policy before booking:
⚖️ TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Deposits: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Your booking is not confirmed until both deposit and signed agreement are received.
• Remaining Balance: Final payment is due 48 hours prior to the event. Accepted payments: Cash, Zelle, or approved electronic payment.
• Cancellations & Rescheduling: Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed once with a minimum 14-day notice, subject to availability.
• Travel: Complimentary within 30 miles of the stylist. Additional travel fees apply beyond this radius and will be quoted at booking.
• Parking & Access:
• Hotels, holiday rentals, or serviced apartments: $30 per artist.
• No or metered parking: $20 per artist.
• Hospitals: $30 per artist.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring access and covering any parking or valet costs where applicable.
• Peak Period Fees:
• 6 AM – 9 AM: +$30/hr per artist
• 6 PM – 9 PM: +$30/hr per artist
• 9 PM – 12 AM: +$60/hr per artist
• Weekends: +$20 per artist
• Public holidays: +10% surcharge
These adjustments ensure fair compensation for artists working during high-demand times.
• Start Time: Please be ready at your scheduled appointment time. A $25 late fee may apply for every 15 minutes of delay.
Liability & Damages
•The Artist is not responsible for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or adverse effects.
•Client must disclose all known allergies or conditions beforehand
•Client is responsible for damages caused by guests.
• Doll You Up Glam Booth is not liable for
interruptions due to weather, power outages, or uncontrollable events.
ILLNESS POLICY
If the Client or any party member is ill, Artist must be notified immediately.
Artist reserves the right to refuse service to anyone visibly ill.
• Additional Artists: Larger parties requiring multiple artists must be arranged in advance; a secondary artist fee may apply.
• Touch-Up Time: Packages that include
on-site touch-ups or photo support cover up to 1 hour post-makeup completion. Extra hours are $100/hr.
• Sanitation: All products, brushes, and tools are disinfected between clients for optimal hygiene.
• Use of Photos: By booking, you grant permission for behind-the-scenes or finished-look images to be used for professional portfolio or social media, unless requested otherwise in writing.
