FLAT PREMIUM TRAVEL FEE

For locations over two hours away. Travel fees are a flat, round-trip rate based on distance and are included in your final quote so there are no surprises.

Setup/Installation Fee

This flat fee covers the complete delivery, setup, and breakdown of the 360 Photo Booth equipment. It includes: • Transporting all booth components and props to the venue • Assembling the 360 platform, lighting, and sharing station • Testing and calibrating the booth for optimal performance • Styling the booth area (e.g. stanchions, red carpet, backdrops if applicable) • Breaking down and packing up equipment post-event The setup fee ensures the booth is ready to go before your rental window begins, so you get your full reserved time for capturing videos and creating memories.
